What happens when I upgrade?
Your monitor's check interval drops from 5 minutes to 1 minute immediately after your payment is confirmed. You can add up to 9 more monitors from your personal status page. AI post-mortems are generated automatically for every incident.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal — no emails, no friction. Your monitors revert to 5-minute checks and the 1-monitor free cap at the end of the billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We don't store your card details.
What are AI post-mortems?
When a site recovers from downtime, SiteWatch automatically generates a structured incident report: timeline, root cause classification (5xx server error, DNS failure, TLS cert expiry, connection timeout), and a narrative summary — no human input needed.
